Terms and Conditions for Rust Desk Landscaping

These terms cover use of the Rust Desk Landscaping website and how a quote request may become an agreement to do lawn and garden work. They apply to this version of the site as of October 12, 2026.

Who these terms are for

Rust Desk Landscaping is an independent lawn and garden care business for properties in Charlotte, North Carolina. It is not affiliated with RustDesk software and is not a partner or reseller of that project.

The services described on this site are:

  • Lawn Mowing
  • Garden Maintenance
  • Yard Cleanup
  • Mulching & Pine Straw
  • Hedge & Shrub Trimming
  • Leaf Removal
  • Lawn Aeration & Overseeding
  • Sod Installation

Each service has its own page. Those pages describe the usual scope and limits of that visit. They are not themselves a booking or a price.

Using the website

The website is a source of information and a way to request a quote. Service descriptions help you decide what to ask for. They are not a signed scope, a published rate, or a promise that a crew is available on a given day.

How to request work

Use the quote form on the contact page or the services page. Include your name, email, phone, the service you need, and a short description of the property in Charlotte. A confirmation appears only after the request is accepted. Sending the form does not book a visit.

Quote request and confirmed work

A submitted form is an inquiry. It asks for a quote. It is not an order, a reservation, or an agreement to perform work.

Work begins only when both sides have agreed to the scope, the price, and the timing in a way that can be referred back to later, such as a written confirmation by email. Until that confirmation exists, neither side is bound to a visit.

Price and scope

This website does not publish a flat city rate. Lot size, access, growth, disposal, and the mix of tasks change the time on site. A figure given in reply to a request is an estimate for the description received. If the property differs from that description, the figure can change before work starts.

The confirmed visit covers the tasks named in that confirmation. Mixed work is fine when each part is named. Payment, timing, and any extra conditions for a visit are those set in the confirmation for that visit, not in these website pages.

What a visit may include

The work that can be quoted is the eight services listed above. What a typical visit includes, and what it leaves out, is described on the matching service page. The confirmation for a visit is the record of what was actually agreed.

What the services do not include

Unless a separate written agreement says otherwise, the services on this site do not include pesticide or herbicide application, large tree removal, climbing, or structural hardscape construction. Hedge and shrub work is limited to plants that can be reached from the ground.

This website does not state that the business is licensed or insured. If you need a certificate before work, ask for it in the request and wait until you have it.

Your responsibilities on site

  • Provide safe access and say if a gate, dog, or parked car will block the work.
  • Mark irrigation heads and other shallow fixtures before edging, aeration, or sod work.
  • Clear toys and pet waste from areas to be mowed.
  • Water new sod or new seed on the schedule you are given, unless a written agreement assigns that task differently.

Weather, access, and results

A visit can move when the lawn is too wet to cut well, or when access is blocked. That is a scheduling choice, not a missed obligation, and it should be said plainly when the day changes.

Mowing, aeration, seed, and sod respond to weather, soil, shade, water, and the grass that is already there. These pages do not guarantee a particular color, density, or weed-free condition. Sod and seed that are not watered can fail. That risk is part of the decision to book the work.

Photographs

Photographs on the site show lawns, gardens, tools, and yard work for illustration. They are not pictures of Rust Desk Landscaping projects. Credits are listed in the footer. You should not read them as before-and-after proof.

Acceptable use of the site

Do not misuse the quote form or submit information you do not have the right to send. Requests that fail the form checks, or that arrive too quickly, may be rejected. How the form handles information is described in the Privacy Policy.

Site content

The text and the logo mark are published for this business. You may not copy the pages into another commercial site and present them as your own. Photographs remain under the licenses named in the image credits.

Liability for use of the website

The site is provided as a source of information and a way to request a quote. To the extent the law allows, Rust Desk Landscaping is not liable for decisions you make solely from reading the pages, or for interruptions in hosting, email delivery, or form handling. Nothing here limits liability that cannot legally be limited, including liability for harm caused by negligence where a statute does not allow that limit.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of North Carolina. Disputes about work on a property follow the confirmation for that work. Disputes about use of the website are for the state and federal courts located in North Carolina, where those courts have jurisdiction.

Changes

These terms can be updated when the site changes. The version on this page applies to use of the site after it is posted. A visit that was already confirmed keeps the scope that was confirmed for that visit.

Questions about these terms can be sent to [email protected] or through the quote form.
